Move in Mouse or 'MiM' (acronym) will advertise your property for sale for a 'one off' payment' (for up to a maximum of a year per property) Who better to sell than yourself? Why should the home owner pay extortionate commission fees when they could do it themselves (with a little help from Mim ) of course!

Potential buyers are people who visit the site, like what they see so they sign-up to be able to save searches and favorite listings. As a potential buyer you can also receive notification by email when new listings that match saved searches are added to the site. Click the 'sign up' brick to become a registered potential buyer.

To enable you to have full control over your advert you must register first

one off payment (per property) for 1 year or until sold whichever comes first.

• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week available for viewing by visitors.
• Online account manager - Have complete control over your online advert with 24/7 access - Update any of your details at any time.
• Mim Sellers can upload up to 6 photos of their property
• No problem if you do not have photographs available of your property- a "photo not available" image will automatically be displayed until you are ready to upload them.
• Thumbnails of your image are displayed.
• Potential customers will be able to locate your area with the use of Yahoo Maps
• Communicate with potential buyers directly.
• Owner is in full control over the whole process.
• Mim is safe and secure so no one but you can change your listings.
• Search options flexible for viewers to choose preferences.
• Selling sign delivered to your door to display at the property for sale. Post and Fixings not provided.
• Additional marketing feature includes Mim posters available for you to print off and distribute to friends or to display in local shop windows, These handy postersadditions will enhance yourand display in shop windows, or to hand

• Mim allows 24 hours a day, 7 days a week available for viewing by visitors.
• Online account manager - Have complete control over your online advert with 24/7 access - Update any of your details at any time.
• Mim Sellers limited to upload only 1 photo of their property
• No problem if you do not have a photograph available of your property- a "photo not available" image will automatically be displayed until you are ready to upload it
• A Thumbnail of your image is displayed
• Potential customers will be able to locate your area with the use of Yahoo Maps
• Communicate with potential buyers directly.
• Owner is in full control over the whole process.
• Mim is safe and secure so no one but you can change your listing.
• Search options flexible for viewers to choose preferences.
• No selling Board included but alternate marketing feature includes Mim posters available for you to print off and distribute to friends or to display in local shop windows. These handy posters will enhance your chances of selling. The more people who know the better.
